Site Description: Our Cardiovascular Area includes a vast array of treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, steppers and rowers. The Strength Area includes over 2,000 square feet of free weights. A full line of Med-x and Hammer Strength machines provide everything you need to build muscle and tone up.
Our Group Exercise Program is second to none! The Center offers numerous classes to accommodate your schedule and current fitness level. Classes such as Studio Cycling, Group Centergy, Group Power and even Peak Bootcamp are all available to keep your routine fun and effective.
If tennis is your game, you will want to experience our 5 indoor tennis courts. Adult tennis leagues are available for those who enjoy the camaraderie. Private and group lessons are provided by our USTA Certified Pros. The center is the home of Aurn's Tennis Academy, one of the most successful youth tennis programs in the country and Muriel's Tennis Centre.
Swimming enthusiasts will love our 25 yard indoor and 25 meter outdoor pools. In addition to several aquatic exercise classes, the center provides Red Cross Swim Lessons, a USA swim team, and even a US Master's Adult Program.
