Driving Directions: FROM DOWNTOWN AKRON
Take Market Street west to Merriman Road. Go right. Follow Merriman to Portage Path. Turn right. Portage Path becomes Akron-Peninsula Road. Continue straight about one mile and Towpath will be on the left.
FROM THE CANTON AREA
I-77N becomes Route 8. Exit Route 8 at Portage Trail. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Continue on Portage Trail until it dead-ends at Akron-Peninsula Road. Turn right. Towpath is less than a mile on the left.
FROM WEST CLEVELAND
1. Take I-77S to Exit 143, or Wheatley Road. Turn left and follow Wheatley Road as it meets Everett Road then meets Riverview Road. Turn right on Riverview Road. Make a left onto Ira Road. Then turn right onto Akron-Peninsula Road. Towpath will be on the right.
2. Take I-77S to the Ghent Road exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right. Continue to Smith Road. Turn left. Follow Smith Road to Riverview Road at the bottom of a long hill. Turn right and go to the second traffic light at Portage Path. Turn left. Portage Path becomes Akron-Peninsula Road. The club is straight ahead one mile on your left.
FROM EAST CLEVELAND
Take I-271S to Route 8. Go south for 4.7 miles to Route 303. Turn right on 303 and proceed 3 miles to the first traffic light which is Akron-Peninsula Road. Turn left. Towpath is 7.5 miles ahead on the right.
FROM COLUMBUS
Take I-77N, which become Route 8. Exit Route 8 at Portage Trail. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Continue on Portage Trail until it dead-ends at Akron-Peninsula Road. Turn right. Towpath is less than a mile on the left.
FROM THE COPLEY AREA
Take Route 18 east to Smith Road. Take Smith Road to to Riverview Road at the bottom of a long hill. Turn right and go to the second traffic light at Portage Path. Turn left. Portage Path becomes Akron-Peninsula Road. The club is straight ahead one mile on your left.
FROM STOW
Take Graham Road west to State Road in Cuyahoga Falls. Turn left. Proceed to Portage Trail (two lights). Go right. Continue on Portage Tail until it dead-ends at Akron-Peninsula Road. Turn right. Towpath is less than a mile on the left.
FROM WOOSTER
Take Route 585 north to Route 21 North. Follow 21 to I-76E and I-76E to Route 8 North. Exit Route 8 at Portage Trail. Turn left at the end of the ramp. Continue on Portage Trail until it dead-ends at Akron-Peninsula Road. Turn right. Towpath is less than a mile on the left.
FROM YOUNGSTOWN
Take the Ohio Turnpike to Exit 12 (Route 8). Go south on Route 8 to Route 303. Turn right on 303 and proceed 3 miles to the first traffic light which is Akron-Peninsula Road. Turn left. Towpath is 7.5 miles ahead on the right.

Site Description: Towpath features ten indoor courts and two outdoor courts. There are 7 courts underneath air structures and 3 brand new courts inside their new Tennis Center.
Towpath also features an extensive pro-shop covering all of your stringing, clothing, footwear, and accessory needs.
Other Notes: Towpath is a private facility that is open to both members and guests. Both members and guests pay court time and guests have an additional guest fee.
